who i am

As a child, I was surrounded by creatives. My father is a contemporary artist, my mother an actress, and my great-uncle a writer and musician. Their influence nurtured my curiosity for art in all its forms. I am a multidisciplinary artist, and I discovered my passion for art being involved in their projects and just being present in the surrounding.

I seek to evoke the “why” behind both grand and everyday actions, reflecting on how life leaves indelible marks on individuals and communities. Each piece I create is a dialogue that engages with human complexities and contemporaneous experiences. I draw upon the sounds of my surroundings, the rhythms of music, the layers of conversation, and the silence that punctuates them.

With my work, I create a space for reimagining identity, tradition, and memory. My installations often incorporate mixed media to create immersive environments that challenge viewers to step into new realms of perception.

In this ongoing practice, I aim to provoke reflection and dialogue about identity, displacement, and the imprints left by memory and emotions. In doing so, I contribute to a larger discussion about how contemporary art can navigate the complexities of experience in an ever-evolving world.

My vision is to bridge the gap between the abstract and the figurative, providing a lens through which viewers can engage with the rich textures of life. As I continue to explore and expand these themes, I am dedicated to creating work that does not merely exist in isolation but invites a collective exploration of our shared human experiences
